There is something truly lovely about creating something handmade at Christmas. In this full day workshop you will create your very own custom heirloom fairy, nutcracker or elf character which will be cherished for generations to come.

Please note – Sewers of all abilities are welcome at our sewing classes however some experience of sewing would be beneficial for this workshop 
 
What's included in the course:
Our fairy and nutcracker patterns are fully customisable, from their outfits through to facial features and hairdo's. On this workshop you will have a choice to create either character using both machine and handstitch techniques. 
We have a selection of fabrics and components, including vintage remnants to choose from meaning each character will be different and completely unique to you. You will be provided with full instructions and a pattern to take away and each step will be fully explained throughout the day. 
 
Further patterns and accessories will be available to purchase at the course, further details of some of these will be sent prior to the workshop.
We also provide cake and refreshments to enjoy throughout the workshop, if you have an allergies we should be aware of, please let us know when booking your place.
 
What you will need to bring: 
You will need to provide your own sewing machine and basic sewing kit. 
Please bring your own lunch. You may choose to bring a pen and notebook if you wish to make notes throughout the day.
