Our bag workshop is a great opportunity to come and create a functional and stylish accessory. The bag will have complimentary pockets to store all your key pieces such as keys, purse etc. The workshop is suitable for beginners and more advanced sewers.

Time: 10.15am – 4.00pm
 
Please note – Sewers of all abilities are welcome at our sewing workshops. We do however recommend bringing your own sewing machine so that you can become more confident in using your own machine but we do also have machines and equipment we can loan you. 
 
What's included in the course:
During the workshop you will be provided with a pattern to create your bag. You will be guided through how to prepare your pieces, how to insert a zip and how to insert pockets. You will learn how to construct the piece and use components to give the bag a professional finish. 
You will be provided with full instructions and a pattern to take away and each step will be fully explained throughout the day.
 
This workshop includes  the hardware and components to make the outer bag. You will need to provide your own outer fabric and we will advise you on options for this nearer the time. 
We also provide cake and refreshments to enjoy throughout the day, if you have an allergies we should be aware of, please let us know when booking your place.
 
What you will need to bring: 
You will need to provide your own sewing machine and basic sewing kit alongside 1/2m of a outer and lining fabric of your choice. 
Please bring your own lunch. You may choose to bring a pen and notebook if you wish to make notes throughout the day.
